I'd like to be able to turn off the URL launching for OUTGOING calls.
Any info a sales guy needs for an outgoing call is already on his screen and the URL launch opens a window that simply gets immediately closed.
For non-sales folks, they REALLY don't care about URL launching for outgoing calls.
Perhaps this could get broken out along with my other request so that there are checkboxes and separate URLs for each of Offering, Incoming, and Outgoing?
